Under The Mila National Managed Health Care Trust Fund, The Maximum Age For Dependent Children Eligibility For Welfare Benefits Offered By Mila Is Age 20, Or Age 23, If A Full-Time Student. See The Mila Information On Your Eligible Dependents For Complete Information.

A Contract Year
Begins On October 1st And Ends On September 30th. For Example: If You

Prescriptions For 30 Days Or Less May Be Picked Up At Most All Local
Pharmacy's. You Are Allowed One Order For 30 Days, And One 30 Day
Refill, After That You Must Place The Order Through The Mail Order
Service Or A Local CVS Pharmacy.
Prescriptions For Up To A 90 Day Supply Of Maintance Medicine Can Be Mailed In (For Mail Order Service), Or Taken To A Local CVS Pharmacy (For Local Pick Up Only). Your Doctor May Also Call Or Fax Your Prescriptions To CVS Caremark.
It Takes About 10 To 15 Days To Receive Your Prescriptions. Their Is No Shipping Charges For Regular Delivery By First Class Mail. Two Day And Next Day Delivery Options Are Available For Additional Cost. Prescriptions Are Usually Delivered To Your Home Address But Can Be Sent To A Different Addres At Your Request.
